Your account and permissions
You must be at least 18 and authorized to process the email content you connect. Keep your Google and AI accounts secure. Do not connect another person's inbox or API key. An accepted contact connection is not permission to share a mailbox. Review each answer carefully before approving it.
AI answers and costs
AI answers may be incorrect, incomplete or misleading. They are not professional legal, medical or financial advice. Verify important claims against the original source and an appropriate professional. Concloud searches a limited number of matching email bodies, not attachments or all available records.
Concloud currently charges no subscription fee. Your AI provider bills your API account for connection tests, searches and drafts, including contact requests you enable. Your chat subscription may not include API usage. The service currently limits each account to 15 AI operations and 10 new connection requests daily. Limits can change. We will not start a paid Concloud subscription without your agreement.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for spam, harassment, unauthorized surveillance, credential theft or unlawful disclosure. Do not evade limits or attempt to access another account. Use AI provider settings that do not allow Gmail data to train general models. We may restrict abusive use to protect users.
Availability and leaving
This early-access service may have outages or errors; uninterrupted operation and accurate answers are not guaranteed. Google can restrict Gmail connections during verification, and workplace administrators can block them. Features may change. Export needed information before deleting your account. Deletion controls and retention details are described in the Privacy Policy. These terms do not remove rights that cannot legally be excluded.
